America's 14 Most Ready to Riot Cities

This Presentation includes an article by Chaz Valenza of OpEdNews.com and a short audio presentation on the subject from Gary Null of the Gary Null Show.

Gary Null cites 14 American cities that are ready to riot according to him , number one in his list is Detroit where the official unemployment is 20 percent but which is probably around 40 percent , it has the highest crime rate in the United States . Troops and mercenaries will be used to detain Americans in prison camps, warned Gerald Celente in previous interviews , Gerald Celente says that America will see riots similar to those currently ongoing in Greece and that the cause will be a hyper-inflationary depression, leading to the inevitable use of troops and mercenaries to deal with the crisis as Americans are incarcerated in internment camps.Celente believes there is a possibility for a civil war, “but we predict that it will end with the breakup of the Empire, which can’t sustain itself,” adding that his team originally forecast this back in fall 2002. Ultimately this means that the US “will look like [post-Soviet] Russia.” Here we are in 2012. Food riots, tax protests, farmer rebellions, student revolts, squatter diggins, homeless uprisings, tent cities, ghost malls, general strikes, bossnappings, kidnappings, industrial saboteurs, gang warfare, mob rule, terror.

“Goldman Sachs is running Washington, look at the fingerprints, they are all over the place,” he said. “It is disgusting; they are robbing the nation blind. In fact, this is what we are writing about in the autumn issue of the Trends Journal. This is the greatest heist in US history, happening in broad day light.” "We want to make it very clear that the policies leading to the decline of ‘Empire America’ have been long in the making,” he said. “What has happened in the Obama Administration is that they have taken policies far beyond even what Bush took with the TARP program; for example, with his stimulus package, with the buyouts, with the bailouts, the rescue packages, these are unprecedented in American history.” “When this bubble bursts, unlike the financial/real estate bubble that burst, the dot-com bubble before that, and the ’87 stock market bubble before that” US taxpayers will now be on the hook for trillions in losses as our “government is [a major] equity holder in private corporations. That never existed before. Clearly, the people running this nation are “out of control,” Celente continues, noting that as economic conditions further deteriorate “people are going to start losing it,” he said. “But, they are going to lose it in different ways: our greatest fear for the future [is] rampant crime, and the society breaking down.” He pauses briefly, and then offers a truly frightening thought. “When we say food riots, it’s going to people rioting just to eat.”

I think this is one area that, if we worked at it, we could rise to the top of the rankings.

Seems you relish the thought. Count on you to be negative. Always. :(

Yes, but let your heart be lightened my love. Harry and I don't attack or label others anonymously. Neither of us relish the thought of anarchy, but neither do we accept the mode of the ostriches.

Being an ostrich is not a positive trait! One day maybe you will understand that we cannot afford to be ostriches. Maybe you can?

Wake Up and Speak Up people!!!

Relish it? I fail to understand how one could fathom a relishing, based upon the article and the information in the video. The sarcasm I read in Harry's comment is a call to wake up. Because if you don't ratchet your eyes wide open, you're basically getting a rather reserved warning of what is to come. It starts in the large urban areas and trickles down. Like Reaganomics, except with bats, bottles, bricks, and bullets. Unlike Reaganomics, there won't be a shortage of those items and the trickle will turn into an avalanche. Where you happen to be standing makes all the difference when it starts. Because you won't stop it, you won't divert it. It will either take you or pass you by. Either way, your life is going to change.

And if you've never been to a riot or been in the middle of at least 30 people behaving badly, you should try it...at least once. Give you a sense of what negative is all about.

I agree DoGood. There are wwaayy too many people that have been sheltered around here.

They need to think Iraq or Afghanistan, at its worse, come to America.

And the reason why I posted this article is related to the fact that Hickory is constantly ranked on lists with economies very similar to Detroit and Cleveland. Those cities have lost there manufacturing and are having to find ways to transition. They just have more population than we do. People should really check out that movie Gran Torino. That reminds me a lot of the south side of Hickory.

The difference between Detroit, Cleveland, and Hickory is that Detroit and Cleveland are taking steps to move forward. The leadership in Hickory thinks that the city can sit back and wait for the world to come to us and change to suit our tastes.

And I know, I know. I am being negative to think that the world is going to see the error of its ways and start singing to our tune (bwahahaha!!!)

We have never, ever been in this dire of straits since we addressed the head of state as 'Your Majesty'. I sincerely think that people don't grasp the severity and the magnitude of what is transpiring. Everyone seems to hold the notion that this too shall pass. Indeed, with time it perhaps will. What, however, is to transpire in the interim? Since the end of WWII, this country has not truly known sacrifice or want, not on a grand scale. The first real butt pucker to hit this nation was the gas crisis of the early 70's. That should have grabbed the attention of everybody about being dependent on someone else for stuff. But no, we have since only increased our dependency and now, it's to the point that we are unable to sustain ourselves in any laudable undertaking except the ability to wage war.

Like I said elsewhere, I really hope I'm wrong about all of it. I just don't think events will prove me so, not if they continue as they are.

Maybe some folks don't appreciate my sense of humor and that's ok. But at least I will not be caught fiddling while Rome burns.
