My question is where is the other $33,000?

And if Neill grading is doing the construction, then what have the city workers been doing? They have been seen doing a lot of work on the site. And what is the cost of that?

Find it odd that Zagaroli and Company was compensated for design and then Neill Grading is compensated for design and materials in the stage and seating? That's a lot of design for such a simple structure using space age materials. I didn't realize a grading company was a general contractor either.

Anyway, as far as the $33,000.00, that is going to bring this project in, "Under Budget." What a deal!!!

Actually it is approx $27,674.35, because the total cost was estimated to be $285,976. I forgot to subtract the $4,800.

Neill grading has had unlimited contractors license for years and built multiple structures. No different than G L Wilson which does grading, as well as Jack Sipe Construction site preps as well. The design of this structure is quite complex. A lot the eye can not see (underground) as well as 1/2" wall coped radius on tangent which is quite difficult to achieve. Keep in mind this is high tension sails that require such precision the structure has to be measured using gps and 3d CAD technology. This is no spec. house on the corner. So with that being said its not going to have the cost of Billy Bobs Deck.
