It showed th...I saw an interesting chart this week. It showed the net worth of individuals before the latest downturn and their share of the federal gov't debt. In 2007 the per capita net worth was $240790 and the fed deficit per capita was $70143. So if we paid our federal debt off at that time the per capita net worth was $170647. Now per capita net worth is $214538 and our per capita fed debt is $152216 so our per capita net worth minus the fed debt is $62322. Economic recovery? Hardly.
